1 pm– 4 pm This event took place at the Eureka Middle School.

The entire community is invited to "Experience Eureka, 1859" Day where you can step back in time and view a historical snapshot of what Eureka may have looked like 150 years ago.

The event was free and open to the public.

The community was able to view and participate in various industries/activities of 150 years ago such as:

• Textiles
• Farming
• Blacksmithing
• Food & Gardening
• Wood
• Stain glass
• Games
• Music and storytelling
• and so much more!

Have your picture taken in period clothing by photographer Eldon LiaBraaten.   Special thank you to Elaine Lauffenburger from Roanoke for donating the use of her period clothing and props.

Dan Barth will be on hand to present two historical Medicine Man shows. For Sale: Have your picture taken in period clothing by photographer Eldon LiaBraaten. Aunt Em’s Kettle Korn and Eureka Sesquicentennial items will also be available.
